PAYMENT
Payment is due the same day the session is held. Payment can be made by e-transfer to negaraf@yahoo.com.
A receipt will be issued upon receiving payment for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable.
INSURANCE
Most extended health care insurance plans cover sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), though the amount of annual coverage varies based on your benefits.
Check with your insurance provider to determine if they cover sessions with an RP and the amount allotted for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
48 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to a scheduled appointment, otherwise the full session fee will be charged.
Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for reasons such as illness or emergencies. Cancellations due to scheduling errors or conflicts will not be exempt from a cancellation fee.
